Chakra Balancing
This session will focus on bringing balance and harmony to the chakras (energy points) on the energetic body, which in turn can affect the physical and mental bodies.

Following a specific sequence that goes from the root chakra up to the crown, the tuning forks will be placed on your body, where the chakra points are and will also be hovered over the energy field of the chakra (vibration and sound will be used). Releasing any blockages or stagnant energy and correct imbalances before they manifest in the physical body.

Marma Points Balancing
Marma is a Sanskrit word which refers to any open, exposed, weak or sensitive part of the body. In Ayurveda, it is a point in the human body that’s located at the intersections of veins, muscles, joints, bones, ligaments or tendons. These points are vital points because they are infused with prana (life force energy) and are influenced by consciousness, and are located at the 7th level of the skin.

Spine Treatment
This session will focus on bringing the spine into balance and harmony. When the spine is out of balance or tune, movement becomes stiff, uncomfortable and often painful.
​
Placing the tuning fork on specific points around the spine and, if needed on the bone (bone toning) can restore the natural harmonics or vibration of the spine.
​
In this session the use of the Tuning Forks is vibrational, but may be combined with some sound if needed.
