Come and join me on a heart-led meditation evening and tune in to your self and tune out of your head and external sources. Using different techniques such as conscious breathing, connecting with the heart, connecting to the higher self, visualisation and affirmations, you will be safely and lovingly guided to an evening of inner connection, relaxation, rest, restoration that is aimed to improve your overall wellbeing.

To Whom it May Concern is born with the desire to bring everyone together in community, where each one of us can be witnesses and participants in expressing our gratitude for all that we are thankful for and pray for that which sits heavily in our hearts, in a safe and loving environment where judgment has no place.

In a time when the world seems to be in turmoil and energy feels dense, coming together in community to offer gratitude and pray has the potential to raise our frequency on a collective and individual level to a more healthy, loving, nurturing, compassionate and peaceful existence.

​This session is not about a specific religion or belief, it is a time where we can all sit in community, held, equal and included just as we are. A place where separation does not exist and our hearts become one in gratitude & prayer. There will be no mention of any names, just To Whom it May Concern.

​Come and join me in a space where your heart will be witnessed, supported in a safe and non-judgmental environment, and where love will be deeply felt.
